Only caught the last 15 seconds on video but ct was delaying for a good 3+minutes or so not using mic or giving orders until the last minute, even then orders were vague/unclear and in text not using mic

He is a regular player with an extended previous number of CT bans.
It's also come into account that he's on CT at a late time at night, but playing to troll the players by hiding in cells, and areas unobtainable by the T's.
