Thanks for your report. After reviewing the demo and the evidence you have provided, Speedy will be banned for 7 days following this message. He is a regular player with an extended previous number of CT bans. It's also come into account that he's on CT at a late time at night, but playing to troll the players by hiding in cells, and areas unobtainable by the T's.
