They aren't. I can't count the number of times i've heard the order "Ts be in medic while we hunt rebellers" then CTs spend the next 2 minutes playing hide and seek with a T. I know the forcing Ts to participate rule is mostly enforced but you still have cunts shooting Ts for not wanting to jump to their deaths, therefore it should be a written rule.
And jump games are ALWAYS played in consecutive rounds for some reason. Hell they're even played in the same round, just in a different location. Apparently to many people it isn't considered a 'game' in the same way floor is lava is a game (even though they are essentially the same type of game).

But this does not happen even with a T that is free to roam before they LR. CTs always give specific orders on that T (like 20 seconds to LR etc) and then the T gets to LR with things like backstab rebel and dodgeball. It simply does not make sense that a T is limited to set piece games like deagle toss and S4S just because they happen to be the last remaining T in the finish podium of obby. Last remaining T should have the full range of LR.
EDIT: Isn't it poetic. 3 hours after making this thread I hopped into server 1 with turtle in CT and warden (crimson) made us wait like 2 minutes in medic because they had to hunt the sole rebeller. Amazing...
