Amendment to the Constitution - Hydrogen - 12-02-2019 Welcome to the 1st annual constitutional convention of the Revolutionary People's Democratic Republic of the Dominatrix Server (formerly United States of Freedom Gaymers) We the people, are sick and tired of the monied elite of this nation making the rules. For a long time they have abused the lobbying power of the VIP system and oppressed the poor and downtrodden peoples of this land from the sweaty scripters to the prepubescent peasants to the mic-less masses thereof. Therefore we have formally convened this gathering to amend our constitution so that it may bring swift justice to the perpetrators of crimes against rebellers. First Amendment
CTs must not confine unarmed Ts before LR
Reason: Confining the last remaining T before an LR limits their last request options and thus the T is basically forced to do games like the virgin deagle toss instead of the chad backstab rebel. Virtually every CT at the moment does not free the prisoner after winning a game whereby the winner is isolated in a podium/cage/square etc. If this rule is passed, it would mean that CTs are required to free the last remaining T upon request unless the T is armed with a loaded weapon (since he has the capability to effectively rebel without the need for LR). Second Amendment
CTs must not stall the round to hunt rebellers or otherwise (ie orders or slay)
Reason: No one likes a stalled round and there are a few notorious wardens who intentionally hold non-rebelling Ts in a location for more minutes on end simply to hunt rebellers. It isn't hard to delegate a CT or two hunting the rebellers while warden continues the game. This rule may only be void if CTs are continuously taking enemy fire. Third Amendment
CTs cannot force Ts to participate in a seemingly impossible game/obstacle for which it will result in their death (unless it can be demonstrated to be possible)
Reason: It's bizarre that this is still not an explicit rule but it isn't going through the their thick skulls that you cannot force participation in a game that will lead to death and eventual non-participating T getting LR. Fourth Amendment
Jump game must be subjected to the same rules as other games (can't be played for 3 rounds, can't be played in a different area in the same round, etc.)
Reason: fuck jump game. I must stress that our constitution is a living document and further amendments are to be posted in this thread RE: Amendment to the Constitution - mudkip - 12-02-2019 +1 fuck jump game. RE: Amendment to the Constitution - Winnie Blues - 12-02-2019 Amendment 2, 3 and 4 are pretty much enforced, just nor written down. RE: Amendment to the Constitution - Turtle - 12-02-2019 First of all everything except your proposed first amendment is already an enforced rules, although it may not be written down in the rules it is still enforced. Alot of the time when a CT does not give specific orders to the last remaining T the T will take advantage of this by attacking CTs right before LR, or delaying the round even further therefor it is not feasible. Fourth Amendment: 18. CTs must not play a game again within the span of 3 rounds (this rule still applies if no Ts die from the game) Second Amendment: 62. Anyone delaying the round may be slayed up to discretion of admins. I can't count the number of times i've heard the order "Ts be in medic while we hunt rebellers" then CTs spend the next 2 minutes playing hide and seek with a T. I know the forcing Ts to participate rule is mostly enforced but you still have cunts shooting Ts for not wanting to jump to their deaths, therefore it should be a written rule. And jump games are ALWAYS played in consecutive rounds for some reason. Hell they're even played in the same round, just in a different location. Apparently to many people it isn't considered a 'game' in the same way floor is lava is a game (even though they are essentially the same type of game). But this does not happen even with a T that is free to roam before they LR. CTs always give specific orders on that T (like 20 seconds to LR etc) and then the T gets to LR with things like backstab rebel and dodgeball. It simply does not make sense that a T is limited to set piece games like deagle toss and S4S just because they happen to be the last remaining T in the finish podium of obby. Last remaining T should have the full range of LR. EDIT: Isn't it poetic. 3 hours after making this thread I hopped into server 1 with turtle in CT and warden (crimson) made us wait like 2 minutes in medic because they had to hunt the sole rebeller. Amazing... Amazing... Maybe because you were trapped in medic you didn't see what was actually happening... Guns all over the floor and CTs getting shot at not as easy to continue a round in this situation.... Crimson did this as fast as he could from my perspective RE: Amendment to the Constitution - 147Calboy - 13-02-2019 ts need to actively rebel +1 |
