Changes:
+ Added a 3D skybox (not fully detailed yet).
+ Combat Surf logic has been updated.
- Guns will be given to players inside the arena when friendly-fire is turned on.
- The launch-pad will only be active for the first five seconds before friendly-fire is turned on.
+ Added ladders to the sides of both soccer goals.
+ Added a distinct overlay for the finishing platform of Bumpmine Race
+ Added a barrier blocking T's from jumping to the finish of Bumpmine Race
= Fixed a stuck spot in Bumpmine Race.
= Fixed the combat surf barrier not being solid.
= Updated combat surf sign text.
= Rotated table-game to be against the cliff wall inside of cafeteria.
= The doors in Kitchen should now close properly.
= Players when they get teleported out of Combat Surf or Bumpmine Race will have their speed set to zero for one second.
= The CT watching area of Bumpmine Race will only be enabled if there are terrorists inside of the game.
= Fixed a hilarious bug related to players being invulnerable after stepping into Obby, Combat Surf and Bumpmine Race.
Experimental balance changes (subject to further change):
= Nerfed cell vent health: 400 -> 750
= Nerfed gunroom vent health: 1 -> 150
= Adjusted the way gunroom door opens. It will remain open if players are within range. When players leave this range, it will close after five seconds.
