CLIFFSIDE BETA 3: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GpgFRiH...sp=sharing

Changes:
+ Improved bumpmine game by adding random ring positions for all 7 rings.
+ Added a surf ramp to the obby.
+ Optimizations
= Changed the ending of the obby to reflect the new surfing ramp.
= Fixed a stuck spot next to bumpmine game.
= Fixed T's getting their weapons stripped in the CT area of bumpmine game.
