About how I was addressed in this, often the fastest way for any staff member to mute someone is for us to view everyone who is speaking, mute them quickly there, and then to unmute them and re-mute them with the appropriate length. This must have been a case where I forgot he had been muted, and so forgot that he needed to be muted again. I know personally that I would never favour one player over anything to do with staffing the server, and I apologise that I forgot to re-mute him in this scenario.
Sorry you must misunderstand what I mean,
I don't accuse you of favouriting it's the fact that the other player received a 30 minute mute whilst you gave out a 2 minute mute (which the good majority of the staff team will do). I am more so judging the fact there's a difference between the 2 mutes when there shouldn't be.
I understood perfectly what you meant, and I tried to explain why a situation like this might happen. I'm sorry if my post doesn't justify it for you. I'm just trying to show why this scenario and others like it are possibly not out of malice to certain players on the server. It makes it difficult on a limited amount of staff members when several players are mic spamming in succession, including but not limited to the original poster of this thread.
