cant join discord

i cant join the discord server, i think it is because i have been banned on the discord before because my account was hacked spamming in scammer links, the account that got hacked was SmokeY#5654 and my new one is SmokeYy#5260, i just want to see if there is a way i am able to rejoin the dc

discord probs IP banned you, so appeal the ban then ivork or someone will remove the ip ban.. Just explain you got hacked.
