Jailbreak VIP

I have been considering purchasing level 5 VIP on Jailbreak but I also want it at a permanent level.
Currently level 5 only comes in a package where you pay $25 per month and does not come in a permanent VIP package.
I'm sure I am not the first person to ask this, but is there any possibility that I could purchase Permanent Level 5 VIP?

And if so:
1. What would be the price?
2. Would there be instantly delivered credits, and what would they be?

Traditionally credits given with a Permanent VIP package are given in bulk at the start of purchase.
Currently unless Managers plan on changing this there will be no Permanent VIP package that is planned to be made available.
But if there was to be a Permanent Lvl 5 VIP package it will cost more the the previous $105 or $130 for Lvl 3 or Lvl 4 packages respectively.

In that case, say I were to buy level 4 VIP, and then later on a permanent level 5 VIP came out. Would I be able to upgrade my VIP by paying the difference of the two packages?

That's what I did going from Permanant lvl 3 to 4. There isn't usually an automatic service to do so but I'm sure if that were to happen Onionz would be open to organising this.
