Hi simba last time i checked on the rules at https://portal.dominationservers.com/rules/view/5 you didn't have to slay for freewounding unless it got that t killed like in hunger games, i might be wrong

Something like this at most qualifies a slay unless he was deliberately targeting someone or deliberately free wounding multiple people. Not worth a ctban, (or really even a slay if it was a one off incident).
