Cool Memes just not cool enough

It has come to my attention as of late, that the cool memes channel is just filled with shitty memes posted by Admins having a bigger power trip then Shane.
My suggestion, make Cool memes a starboard, requiring people to up vote the meme a certain amount of time before it gets posted.
