Hello there!

I got ct-banned for "ct-smoke" today at around 12:40 (GMT +8). It was open day in the map "Canyondam" and I joined ct side. We were near the fence and I was supposed to switch to my flashbang and throw it but I threw the smoke by accident. I threw it at a fellow CT and then I got CT banned. I didn't really mean it and I apologized after throwing the SG. May I request my CT Ban to be cancelled/removed or just lessen the time of the CT Ban. I really want to go CT side. 


I promise that I will be careful and never ct smoke or do anything against the rules from now on.
