I got banned for a ct smoke for 3 days that I never did.

So last night around 11pm  Taliyah (admin) banned me without any explaination then I came  on the forums to see why I was banned then it  was a ct  smoke but I don't remember me even throwing a smoke. But the game before I told Taliyah LemurLord ct smoked, so now I'am confused.
