If you ever played CSS you would know about issues with sprays like having to clear out your spray cache folder because 1: It gets too large and 2: CP sprays
CS:GO is free, if someone got banned for a spray it would take no less than 5 minutes to rejoin with the same spray, more hassle than it's worth and you can't even disable sprays in CS:GO unlike CSS without just disabling all decals (includes shit like blood splatters)
