Staff aren't going to watch a demo for a single freekill. If you were really killed while jumping down from a smoke, this would be a simple slay/res from a staff member online depending on the context. Forum reports for freekills should only be posted if you have evidence like a clip, and that clip shows multiple intentional/deliberate freekills on their behalf.
Plus, cut the guy some slack. The steam profile you've given me shows that he has only 38 hours on the server. I'm sure it was an accident.
