Firstly a Warden is not the only person who can give orders to T's other CT's are allowed to give orders to support the warden and assist them with controlling the round so CT orders that do not actively contradict the wardens orders are still valid. 
Secondly there is a thing called intent, The warden clearly intended one order and then when he misspoke another CT clarified the order which you should then obey.
Likely in this case you decided to play dumb and go to the DS even after being clarified even when you fully understood what was meant. I'd let you stay dead too.
