Zacroh ban request

In this case he did give orders b4 cells were openned and a fair few of theT's did hear the orders arnd were heading to bubblers. He gave the order once clearly before 8:00 and attempted to repeat them but T's as usual were screaming for 9k. At worst zacroh might be warned to repeat orders again more clearly but this wasnt his fault ultimately.
