Based on the fact it is his 2nd ctban for being a dud I have decided to ban him for a day, as I can only act on evidence provided. If you do have further evidence please PM that to me via the forums / discord.
Additionally, NOON has been given a 3 day CTban for spamming the door resulting in the incident in the first place as it breaks rule #35 and is his fourth ctban.
