Nans perhaps could have given a bit more time or explained it better, but considering that it's an already borderline case, he doesn't have a record for similar incidents and the fact that should he be entitled to a ban it would have since expired from the actual time of the event, I'm going to deny this ban request.
In future please post ban requests within 24hrs to maximise the chance of them passing as staff's ability to find additional context decreases with time.
