LA brings out the creativity in wardens (some at least). The first step is to survive the first 2 minutes with half the server running into vent. If successful you got only a couple Ts left alive where you can play one of the map games or make up something with your brain to finish rounds. Good CTs can control the map easily with positioning and whatever. LA also needs a very vocal warden to keep Ts in check. Reminder there is a Jailbreak game doc by the beautiful APender.
