Hello bod, it is clear in the video that he freekilled you. Now, although it was a freekill it is evident beyond a reasonable doubt that it was not an intentional freekill. Also, the player who freekilled you, "Stare into my eyes" only has 12 hours on the server and likely had no idea about the no killing AFKs before 8:00 rule so it would be extremely unreasonable and unfair to ban for this mere misunderstanding.
