As far as i remember you weren't even slayed for this, it was so late in the round that we could only go off your word against his, apender gave him the benefit of the doubt and was respawned.
This may have been an issue if he slayed you for it but because he didn't there's not much more to this.

If you provide a video of the incident and find out moe was indeed lying then we'll take that into consideration the next time something like this occurs.
