Do you have the in-ability to look for your ban in the ct-ban list to search for basic information?

You were banned for repeatedly smoking CT's who were admittedly breaking rules.
As a rule of thumb we allow CT smoking as a last resort to stop a massy from progressing only during the round in which it is occuring. In your case you hunted down the Massier and continued to smoke the player mulitple times after he had broken rules.
In future I suggest only smoking the ct if they are currently massying and only after you have gotten proof of the rule offence and have tried to contact the admin team. Also it is also advisable to use the evidance you have gathered and post a ban request on the player and we can then see that the player is banned.
