+1 pressuring a younger staff member into doing something retarded like banning himself just cause you are too lazy / autistic to go through the proper process is dumb.

maybe just dont ban people for doing small mistakes like that regardless of their staff stuff.
 

Whether its people saying in-game "All staff are bad" or "... shouldn't be staff they suck" I hear it everywhere.
I couldn't even imagine how much hate they get privately or on other platforms and it makes me wish I could help them somehow but if I stood up to these bullies I would then be apart of the constant abuse as well.
