You've specifically mentioned you don't want to make a staff complaint, so i went as far as discussing the video with Wug on how it could have been handled better.
I have to agree with you here boink, I didn't want to make a complaint as it was a bit complicated and I am glad to hear you talked to Wug on how to improve.
