Hi, thank you for posting this ban request.
Without audio, it's hard to understand the context of what's happening. It's easy to assume that you could've been killed for doing something earlier in the round, and he identified you by using your mic. Also, your first clip doesn't show anything resembling a possible freekill.
If you still believe that he should be banned, please reupload your clips WITH audio in them on a new ban request.
