What I'm actually perplexed about is that you're not reporting the guy who actually gunplanted, instead you're choosing to report the guy who just shot the gun.
While yes he did break Rule 59 ("Ts cannot use a gunplanted or slayed weapon dropped by a CT..."), this is nowhere near a bannable offense in my eyes. This is an issue that would've been dealt with ingame with a slay.
I will be banning Flew for intentionally gunplanting though thanks to the clip.
Next time report what actually matters.
