Sourcebans/ctban: 3 day  ct ban indirect massy

Reason for the ban: Killed 10+ T's in colour game.(Indirect Massy)

Banning admin: Nephs or Onionzzz 

Why should you be unbanned: With my time on the server, most people will know that i dont normally deliberately massy on ct. This was a genuine mistake. I thought the whole round onionz was wardening, when he died i took over n said "we are starting, im going to press yellow" and Proceeded to do so. However didnt realize that nephets was wardening. Hoping for a reduce/removal of ban as this is my first offence.

Context:
I was wardening on Jailberdvenice and I had sent the Ts to the colour game. ONIONZZZ's only involvement in this was that he was also a CT and having fun by dropping guns in the water which would kill Ts who would jump in.

I have a very clear voice and no one else but me was giving orders. There is no way anyone would confuse anyone in that round but me for wardening. It doesn't matter if it wasn't deliberate or not, you still did it. From all perspectives but yours, I just can't see this as a mistake unless you were mindblanked or something happened but that reasoning wont suffice for a reduced ban. Plus, even if ONIONZZZ was the warden and had died, which is what you claim to be from your perspective you gave no account for mic delay. For almost all games, you need to tell T's when you are starting the game and give them ample time to prepare. You said the orders then activated the game, which had resulted in 10+ deaths. 

It is only a 2 day ban remaining. The reason I put it as 3 days is primarily because: it was an indirect mass freekill of 10+ people and two, I had noticed it wasn't your first CT ban (there is a ban by Shane for "gun plant/opening cells on ct's" but this was in July).



Outcome: wait out the ban. I won't reduce or remove the ban, as I do understand that you feel like it was a genuine mistake, it doesn't change what you did and I feel like in that situation, the chances of a genuine mistake like that occurring is just way too implausible.

I will leave this thread open for other people to add relevant facts to this case including yourself to reply to my verdict

Hi Nephets, there would be no reason for me to deliberately massy. In all my time as ct i never done a massy or indirectly. The only thing i really have done wrong is accidentally freekill someone or be extremely Nazi ,there is no reason for me to do it and don't find it that amusing, for a person who still is thinking about reapplying i dont think this would be a smart move on my behalf.

In regards to my "First" Ct ban, If you check the bans, this was a mistake by Shane - he ct banned me for gunplanted/ opening cells on ct's. After realizing his mistake he unbanned me a minute later.

I'm not accusing you of 100% doing it intentionally. But the facts adds up that makes it extremely plausible. Something else to add is how you you believe you made a genuine mistake but you waited one day rather than messaging admin chat after I ct banned you for the reason or to ask for a reduction or removal of the ban.

I was waiting for a reply from onionzzz as i messaged him soon after the incident, at the time i thought he was the one who ct banned me and as well saw it unfold. In conjunction to this Onionzzz did tell me in steam chat that he will talk to you about this sitaution. i first talked to Onionzzz at 17:45. the same time the ban was issued. Onionzzz can also confirm.
