New Admin game called Slap or bank

you have people line up on a ledge like for example "boxing side railing" and each t gets a go to "slap" or to "bank" 
If they choose to slap then they get to pick a t to slap, then an admin will then slap that player for how many slaps that player has banked, if they fall off of the railing ct shoots them if they manage to stay up ct move on to next player
if they choose bank than they bank a slap and it will carry over to them in the next round, a player may only bank up to 3 slaps at one time. when a player has more than 1 slap banked they make pick 2 or 3 ts to slap or they can slap the same player 2 or 3 times. 
this can be or lr with like 5 people or with a big group of players
