Ok, I've changed the map vote selection from excluding the last 9 maps, to the last 14. Meaning if canyondam is played within the last 14 maps it won't in the vote list.

(There are 30~ or so on the server... Time to play some others)

Unrelated to above:
I think we should ban the last 28 maps, then the least played each month gets deleted then in 3 years we just have LA 24/7 as intended.

I removed !nominate, which is the issue as well, people nominating the same maps. Rtv remains, if it gets worse or stays as bad we can remove rtv and enforce a map rotation like back in the day.
