Remove Barrel game from Team LR

Reason: Delays rounds takes forever people commit suicide a lot when it gets chosen personally would rathedr a broken team lr then that horse shit.

Hey while we're at it can we remove auto from os too he delays rounds and is generally a horse shit addition to jb as a whole

the barrels used to spawn every 5 seconds but i've reduced it down to a 2 second delay so it should go much quicker now
