Need Clarification around Permanent Server Ban/Block (Unban request)

Which Server (e.g JB1): JB1

Reason for the ban: SMAC 0.8.6.0: ConVar sv_cheats violation

Banning admin: PANEL

Why should you be unbanned: Searched the violation online couldn't find any reasonable explanation around the ban. I believe the ban to be a mistake by the server from the server allowing me to play and only kicking me back to the menu screen of cs go when I join ct even sometimes allows me to ct.
Just want clarification around why I was banned or why the server is stating I am banned.
I also haven't ban evaded just to clarify.
