To access the demos, go here, find the demo (usually lasts for 2 days), go to your csgo folder (wherever you have steam installed>steamapps>common>Counter Strike: Global Offensive>csgo) and put the demo in there, then start csgo and in the console type "playdemo " (no quotes) and the demo should come up, so then you just select it and use the command "demoui" to fast forward to the round in question and record with your favourite software.
