get rid of rtv, bring back rotation

It's literally always, Revolution, Canyondam , Los Angeles and Maximum. Then 10-15 minutes in, people want to RTV and just vote for 1 of the 4 maps, then its just rinse and repeat from there.

We have all these maps just sitting there building up dust.

Speaking with the heads, we do want to keep RTV, but can change the minimum time before it becomes available / how many maps need to pass before the same map can be played.

Any suggestions?

Cant we keep rtv, just implement the rotation? , as that is the current #1 voted for.

What IVORK says is most likely the best option in my opinion. I'm all for that personally.
