After reviewing this clip, there isn't enough sufficient evidence to say that this was a targeted freekill. Yes while the positioning of Baby Yoshi was seriously questionable, it is not enough to warrant a CTBan.

You were ordered to get to the fridges by whatever time, not jump around in kitchen and knife a CT.
Yes he was baiting and shouldn't of been there but doesn't deserve a ban, more a warning/slay depending on history.
