Time of Incident: evening of 6/4/19, ba_jail_vacant round 4 for ct smoke and free wound, revolution round 1 for map secret

Reason for the ban : blatant freewounding, trying to get a ct slayed for ct smoke, using map secrets as a CT
Evidence : steph free wounded me coming out of cells & lied to admins saying that she saw me delaying, when she didn't see me all round https://vimeo.com/329056907
