If it was a joke why do you think anyone would laugh at that. The words “a threat doesnt mean ill do it” Dont make sense either. If the police get a bomb threat, they are still going to act upon it, fake or not. I understand this wasnt a bomb threat but still the staff member had to act upon it to prevent it if it were real.
