Reason for the ban : Breaking rule 1, insensitive to victims of a real tragedy. I don't think this sort of conduct should be allowed, I understand joking about it but this sort of language is pretty bad. Unrelated but I knew a victim of this event, and would really like to not have to revisit fresh memories on a csgo server.

Thank you for sending in this ban request. As you would know the internet is full of jokes and memes. Unfortunately we don't ban people for incidents like this.
