you do realise we have procedures in place. he's currently on trial, and has to prove himself just like all the other trial moderators

There's no requirements as a Trial Mod except have the right attitude and to get a general grasp of how we do things, and there's no set time period. Some people take 2 weeks, others can take 4 or more. Everyone is different :P
