Community Operator Retrodawn Complaint - C3pec (3) - 16-06-2018

Reason for complaint: Constantly abusing a fellow ct as hes trying to learn the game (Gax), vile and toxic behaviour should never come from a community operator as it's their duty to set an example for the rest of the admin team and to help promote a friendly server environment which entices newcomers to stay. As a result from retro and sun tzu's behaviour tag team behaviour on gax i believe it created an environment in which he wasn't welcomed at all thus resulting him in leaving the server.

Tick 40000: nibob asks how to join ct and instead of being helpful like a community operator should be retrodawn just tells him he doesn't know the rules well enough and doesn't explain how to at all
Tick 46500: Calls another player autistic
Tick 56700: "why would you idiots smoke it you retards"
Tick 36500 altercation with Tobs over the door being closed "you're an idiot"
Tick 73500 - 76300: First instance of toxic behaviour on gax challenging his intellectual capabilities which is just a down right putrid thing to do.
Tick 81700 - 82000: Very minor still adds to the case tho "if you're in medic shoot them retard"
Tick 84800 - 85000: Now this is probably called for due to gax not understanding the order and freewounding the terrorists that were given the order to be on the first step of obby however it was a build up of minor things said to gax which made him leave the server so ill add it anyway.
You seem to constantly call other players on the server "idiots" "retards" even going so far to joke about another player having aspergers. You have a strong habit of doing this when I've seen you play on the server not just from today. You see putting other people down isn't a cool thing to do, sure regular players on the server do it often however as a community operator this is no way to conduct yourself and you should be setting an example for others to follow. Now I don't think this report has enough evidence personally to warrant any sort of action to be taken against you as most instances are very minor however id sure as hell like a response whether this behavior is appropriate or not for somebody in a position like yourself. I sure as hell dislike it but maybe i'm the only one, who knows. Kind regards C3pec

I appreciate you making this post as it does allow me to review my behaviour in game which is mostly in character and in good faith to the jailbreak community. Upon reviewing of the demo I see my self having banter with multiple members of the ct team, and as you have said I do this to a majority of the player base and do not discriminate unless an opportunity appears in front of me aka gax watching the ts run away and do nothing. Speaking of a majority of the player base, including the top ct's and t's if you have witnessed in my time on the server I insult anyone at any opportunity mostly calling them speds, retards, autist's etc. This is just my dictionary of insults I use for everyone including saying to who i think is the top ct, nehpets, "nehpets you fucking retard go do something useful".
What I am trying to say is that I hope that gax does not take it personal, it's jailbreak banter really. The only real issue I see is when the payer asked how to join ct. With my experience with this player if he had joined ct I would immediately swap him off, so I responded with you don't. It came across rude but I cater to the players on at the time and if allowing people who would free kill / free wound I don't think the players would appreciate it. As seen later today he was banned for being a dud, aka being new and not knowing the rules giving him a cool down time to play on T.

Look, I don't apologise for what I said about gax and tob because what gax did was not being new to ct, it was him not being able to think about what he needs to do when t's run away, I have seen him ct heaps, so with his ample experience he should be able to ct. And with tob I gave him and order as the warden and he chose not to follow it so I responded.
I will await the managements response.

I've watched the demos and spoken with people who were on the server at the time, Now maybe you have forgotten what jailbreak is like but the things retro said in this demo is some vanilla insults and jabs and not even consistent enough to warrant bullying claims, calling terrible ct behavior with insults is how everyone learns to ct especially when our style of jb is so different the learning curve is long and hard, and being called out on your mistakes is a key thing that make this style of jb so loved,
I'm going to talk to retro about the way he speaks to people, that seems the only problem i see from this complaint.
