Why should you be unbanned?: I would like to take notes of a few things; first of all I'm sure lots of people say "you should massy right now" and usually nothing happens, but in the odd case they do actually massy. To my knowledge, and from a previous mistake a made, this isnt bannable and saying something along this line isn't "encouraging" the person to massy. I find this situation very similar as I am in not persuading or edging him on to massy, but "jokingly saying someone should massy right now".
The second thing i would like to address is he had already made his decision that he was going to massy before I dropped him my gun. He clearly said over mic "ill massy let me go get an m249 quickly" (refer to the 2nd yt video ~0:10+). So I dropped him my m2, so what? He had already decided one way or another that he was going to massy and having ~15 T's ontop of a fridge is a pretty good opportunity. Expanding on this, let's say theoretically, a player asked for a fellow ct's weapon then used it to massy, would they get an encouraging MFK ban aswell then.
I would define encouraging MFK and offering the player that will massy some kind of incentive if they do massy., e.g, if I would say something along the lines of "ill give you 100k credits if you massy right now". Sure my opinion might be biased towards myself but cant do much about that, I have tried explaining my point of view and the overall situation in a unbiased manner with evidence.
Would be great for someone other than simon (which i assume it will be) to respond just to have a different point of view

You encouraged mass freekill. Regardless of whether he was "going to do it before you dropped him the gun" after you already said that someone should massy at 10 seconds into your video (?), you still encouraged it.
