Hello bert,
I will be denying this ban request as we like to let players have more leniency during low pop / late hours as to have fun.
That being said I will add a warn onto kronos' account so that if he ever decides to freekill on low pop / late hours he will be banned.

Hey bert,
We've taken another look at this request and decided to ban the player in question, although the server was low pop at the time.
Generally our leniency for low pop is only extended to minor infractions that would maybe incur slays or warnings to players. However in this case we have decided this is not a minor infraction.
