JB Games Guide Update



It's been a while since the JB Games Guide was last updated and since then I've been notified of some new games and other things that should be fixed. Unfortunately I haven't stored all of these fixes in a centralised location so I'll need some help remembering what I should add.

If you want something added or fixed, leave a reply detailing the update. This can include things like whether you were left out of the credits page, just make sure to remind me of what you contributed.
I'll come back to this post, read the replies, and update the list below to reflect what I'll be adding:
  • Minefield Mayhem (SvBSheep)
  • Add Sebastian to the credits list - kizzle???#0706 (Kizzle)
Examples:
  • example addition note (John Smith)
  • example fix note (Smith West)
  • example removal note (Hamilton Wilton)
If you contribute to this list of updates you will be added to the credits list. Although, if what you suggest is originally someone else's idea then credit will go to them.
Note: To be added to the credits list you will need to provide your discord tag.

A new game which I came up with and have had success with in game is bumpmine-minefield.

Requirements/environments: Bumpmines (supplied by staff), a staff member with blind perms, an open area with a sepcified boundary. Soccer is best for this.
How to play: T's are ordered into a soccer goal or specified part of the playing area. T's are then blinded. Once the T's are blinded, bumpmines are given to CT's who place bumpmines around the play area (Bumpmines are contuinely given until the area is reasonably covered). T's are then ordered to get to the other soccer goal or specified area with a time being set upon the completion of any T (can be rough area for maps with broken maps). If a T hits a bumpmine they can be killed. If a T leaves the specified playing area, they can be killed. If they don't get to the end location by the given time, they can be killed. Once designated time is over, unblind T's.
Winning conditions: T's who get through the minefield to the end location within the given time.
Notes: This game can be altered to be a race where only a designated number of T's may live.

Tron bike game (pedro's original idea)

basically t's get speed and some trail and if you run into that trail you will die. ff could possibly be turned on as well whilst the trails are on.

the map/place for this game could have ramps and more speed boosts for a period amount of time.

Tron disk game(my idea)

T's get teleported to a multiple story/area of in closed 1v1 areas and are given grenades that could have a texture to it(if that's possible) that looks like the tron disk. Aim of the game is to hit your opponent (basically dodgeball with grenades).

Pedro if you want to add to your idea feel free.

This sounds like a great game! Thanks for giving it in the doc format too haha! Adding this to the list.
I'm curious if you can hear the sound of placed bumpmines, if you can then it adds a little more skill and takes away some of the randomness to it which I like.

Hm, the first idea sounds like it could work. Before adding it though, I'd like to see a successful demonstration. I have some doubts around its practicality in an actual round, e.g. if you can give c4's that have trail effects, if the game actually play's well and if you can ever have two equipables that have trails naturally. Afaik normally only 'basketballs' have trails, and there's only one of them. The second game is just dodgeball.
