Resentment and inappropriate slay/respawn - Champ kind - 25-11-2018
Admins name : Idiot and Gracious
Time of incident : 12:45 ADL time. 25/11/2018

Details of the incident : Playing on the map Canyondam. It appeared a T had broken through the hole in a wall and opened up the cells and the Ts were rushing out. Upon seeing this I said "All Ts to back cell area, all Ts back cell area". Now I appreciate there was mic spam and they may not o f been able to here, still Idiot Bhopped to me standing in flower bed, knifed me once and I shot and killed him. As per rule 33. "Ts are clear to knife any CT within their 5ft radius. The CT cannot retaliate to this attack. However, a rushing T disregards this rule." As per the rule, I am within my rights to shoot him, regards of me giving orders or not. I was then instantly slayed by Idiot and then Gracious repeatedly slayed to appear to have a dig. When I attempted to question this, Gracious muted me for 5 minutes and then me the following messages.

A rushing T disregards the 5ft rule, however, if no orders have been given you cannot kill Ts for rushing you. Same as an open day, if a CT is inside they are not allowed to shoot a rushing T. You said you gave orders, but how soon after did you shoot the T? If you shot the T as you were giving orders / as soon as you finished, then it is a freekill.
If we can stop making reports for very minor things that can be sorted out either privately or in-game, then it would be much appreciated.

The T was not shot as soon as I gave orders, I gave orders as soon as I seen a T come out of the cells area, then 5 or 6 more rushed out, including Idiot. As I mentioned, they were all screaming rush Etc. so potentially didn't hear but does that mean I can then not shot a T that is knifing me? I gave the Ts the benefit of the doubt and that's why Idiot got as close as he did.
And I agree with you it is petty and should be sorted out in game, unfortunately there appears to be an unwillingness from the Admins and would rather Mute then discuss rules Etc. Also, I am not reporting every minor thing or I would have 10 pages up already.

I've spoken to the player in question and he believes you shot him as soon as you gave the order (as in not giving them time to react), which is a freekill. He's going to clip the demo and post it here.

Thanks, though, the issue remains the actions after the slay. Rather then discuss rules/issue, I got muted and sent those messages. I don't believe that is the attitude you would want on your severs?

You shot him before any orders were given, therefore it was a freekill.
He probably reacted like that because you keep making reports / threats about small shit like this that wastes other peoples time.

What I don't want is to constantly deal with reports with no merit.

If you have minor trouble with staff just chat to them using admin chat by doing @ in team chat
