Regardless of your sincerity, you have accumulated 5 dud major bans in 6 months, which I take to mean that you have limited regard for the rules. As I stated in your previous ban appeal, you had no regard for the other CTs you were playing with, and I believe that if you are unbanned, you are going to just break the rules again. As such, I will be denying this. Do not appeal this ban again. Wait the ban out until it expires on the 2nd of December
