Although it was a freekill it does not look intentional, but very careless. Not enough to ban on for this incident alone. A simple slay in-game is suffice which tQ did.
Obviously if there was an admin on at the time you would have been respawned and this ban request would have been avoided.
@tQ in the future please be more careful, we do have a no shooting into crowds rule which you may want to brush up on.
