Personally i’m a bug fan of the BigMac meal deal with a controversial vanilla coke. Although, will always love a McChicken or some nuggets.

the kid laroi meal is the best meal you can get at maccas, For real though i get a Quarter pounder large fries which i put in the burger as well as a frozen coke and a cheese burger sometimes a 6 piece nuggets as well

when one of my mates got covid i got him the fattest fkn maccas meal with doordash:
double quarter pounder with an extra patty, extra cheese, piece of bacon, and a hash brown inside
+ big mac
+ 6 nuggets
+ deluxe caramel ice coffee with a soft serve inside
shits like 8 thousand cals and i got it all for $10 cuz of dashpash on top of codes, call it the mccholesterol and it might just be the perfect order for dying at 30
