Reason for the ban: Using name to communicate + ghosting.

As seen in the clip provided wink not only ghosts but does so by using his name to communicate 3 seperate times this is just 1 day after geting of his 2nd ban this week for missusing his name on the server, he clearly has not learned and has little reguard for the rules and as such I belive he should be banned.

While you are correct that wink is changing his name to communicate, the fact that the round is being delayed by the two LRing people not finding each other does give validity to breaking this rule as them finding each other is exactly what is needed for the round to progress naturally.
