I completed the course, and was then ordered by SkinkBasher back to the start of surf [~Tick 45750], despite that a majority of T's were already in the surf. In some confusion (surrounded by other CT remarks at the time), I thought this referred to the T's that had clearly not finished and jumped down from the start. Being killed here I believe was a little rough, but can see how the orders were for all T's to go back to the start on reflection.
My reason for this ban request however was for what followed.
At the time the order was given to return to the start by SkinkBasher [~Tick 45750], Flamingo is seen running towards the start of the Surf [~Tick 46200 from SkinkBasher POV]. Flamingo then completed the course only seconds later [~Tick 48000 from SkinkBasher POV], only to be killed in the finish zone by Snapz after being ordered to return to the start, yet again. Though I do not believe Snapz is at fault, but rather SkinkBasher for the dud CT order (not realising that the course can be completed in less than 10 seconds).
Flamingo clearly should not have been killed. The prior kills to Flmaingo appear valid as there was an order to return to the start, though SkinkBasher wasn't necessarily aware of the layout of the particular game prior to wardening it or aware of the reset functionality. I would have expected that if all T's are ordered to the start of Surf and are only given a limited time to complete the course (as was the case here), that the reset function should have been used or more time provided.
Also, at ~Tick 45150 you can see & hear SkinkBasher had deliberately freewounded Deadmeme.

Firstly, your request is fan-fucking-tastic. I wish that more people would make requests like this. It includes almost the whole round until the incident, times, lots of detail and tells me exactly what went wrong. 10/10 I wish we had more people who would make requests like this. Anyway, onto the main topic.
I don't see why sinkbasher should be banned, for a few reasons. First and most of the reason why is that he gave everyone who was killed warning, even flmaingo was given a chance to go back. In the clip you can see that the first group who was killed was given many chances to go back and zithic even went back without issue.
As for the topic of flamingo, the order to go back to the start was given many times whole he was in the surf, thats his responsibility to stop and go back especially because the order was very clear. If the CTs had shot him as soon as he finished that would have been valid too because falling down and reverting back to the start is much faster than finishing and running back, let alone refusing to go back at that.
So while its rough for everyone involved to get killed, it is more than legal, the order was given many times, the initial order was given some 30 seconds ago, people managed to go back without harm as was promised by the CTs and admins were also on the server at the time. In fact I took part in the killing which I would not have done if I thought it was unfair.
So with that explained, thank you for your ban request, I loved that you made it detailed and didn't waste my time.
