Hello Mrkz,
After reviewing your footage I decided it did now show enough context to ban off so I have gone through the demo and seen the real context.
The demo shows that he was holding out the smoke and got shot by at T, when you get killed while holding a nade out it drops the nade, this in is why you were smoked.
He really aught not have been toying with a smoke like that but he had no way to know he was going to die at that moment so I cannot in good faith ban him.
